EHS has no accounts and no sign-up, sets no cookies for visitors, shows no ads, and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. We do not collect your phone number, location, or contacts. You contact experts directly by phone or WhatsApp — those calls and messages happen outside the app, between you and the expert, and we cannot see them. The only information we keep is what you choose to type into the app, described below.
The Easy Home Services app on Google Play is the same app as easyhomeservices.org, packaged for Android. It requests no device permissions — no camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage or notifications — and contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting software. It shows the app through your phone's Chrome browser (a "Trusted Web Activity"); Chrome's own settings and Google's privacy policy govern the browser itself. Everything in this policy applies to the Android app exactly as it does to the website.
Your preferences — chosen city, language, and recently viewed services — are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device, along with a cached copy of the directory so the app opens fast. None of this leaves your phone, and it is deleted if you clear the app's data.
Reviews. When you write a review, we store the name you type, your star rating, and your review text. Approved reviews are shown publicly on the expert's profile, together with the name you entered — use any name you are comfortable showing publicly. Reviews stay until you ask us to remove them or our moderation removes them.
Reports. If you report an expert, we store what you wrote and, if you choose to give it, your name. Reports are seen only by the Easy Home Services team, are never shown publicly, and are kept only as long as needed to investigate.
Anonymous demand counts. When someone taps Call or WhatsApp, we count the tap (which service, which city, what time) so the app can show which services people ask for most. No name, phone number, or other identity is attached to these counts; because they cannot identify anyone, they are kept as statistics without a time limit.
This applies to the Easy Home Services app on Google Play (by Futuristic Technologies PK) and to the website. To have your data deleted or corrected:
What is deleted: the review or report you ask about — name, star rating and text — or the listing. What is kept: nothing that identifies you. The anonymous tap counts contain no name or number, so there is nothing personal in them to delete. Your city and language choices live only on your phone and are removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling.
You can also ask at the same address what, if anything, we hold about you.
Your phone number, your location, your contacts, the content of your calls or chats with experts, or any payment information — EHS takes no payments.
Every connection to EHS is encrypted (HTTPS), and the information described above is kept in a locked-down database that only the Easy Home Services team can access.
Browsing EHS sets no cookies. A single login cookie exists only for our own admin team's dashboard and is never set for visitors.
Our application runs on Render (hosting, delivered through the Cloudflare network) and our database runs on Supabase. They process the information described above on our behalf and may keep standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address and page requested) as virtually every website's infrastructure does; we do not use these logs to identify visitors. Everything the app loads — pages, images, and fonts — is served from our own server, so when you open EHS your browser talks only to us. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone for advertising.
The experts shown in EHS are service providers who asked to be listed or agreed to be listed when we collected their details. Their business information — name, phone number, service category, area, experience, photo, and customer reviews — is published so customers can reach them. Identity documents provided for the ✔ Verified check (such as CNIC) and our internal notes are never published and are used only for verification. Any expert can have their listing corrected or removed promptly by contacting us.
EHS is a general-audience directory of home services, is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
